Weight Loss Program

I have created an extremely successful weight loss and maintenance program.

There are several options, depending upon your needs.  One option, outlined below,

is a 6-week program that is tailored and tweaked to work according to your needs

and individuality.  The cost of this program is $500. (if taken independently, the cost

of these services would be $640). This is not the only way I approach weight loss, contact me to discuss other options.


Weight Loss Program

  • Week 1:

    We will discuss
    • your current food style
    • what benefits and initially difficult changes you foresee
    • protein, fat and fiber
    • serving sizes
    • goals for all areas of your food life - home, grocery, restaurants, emotions

  • Week 2:

    We will discuss
    • how you are doing
    • weight loss recommendations
    • how to “think thin”
    • meal and snack ideas
    • questions that have arisen between our first and second visit

  • Week 3:

    We will discuss
    • how you are doing
    • questions that have arisen between our second and third visit
    • what you need to stock a whole foods kitchen - food as well as cooking accoutrements
    • 5 specific strategies for eating well
    • poor - better - best food choices

  • Week 4:

    We will go grocery shopping together and discuss
    • label reading - what does it all mean and what are those unpronounceable words in the ingredients list
    • how to shop for vegetables
    • what's in those bulk bins

  • Weeks 5 and 6:

    Each week has a two-hour cooking lesson. Cooking is not and should not be a laborious, dreaded process. By now we will know what your cooking style is or we will create a style that you enjoy. I have traveled around the world tasting cuisines and learning how to incorporate the ones I like into my cooking repertoire. What do you want to learn?
