Provide attentive guidance and support empowering you to achieve your food and nutrition goals. Bio I chose to become a nutritionist because of the central role food has in our lives. We all need to eat. The confusion lies in what we choose to eat. The daily food choices we make have a dramatic effect on our physical, emotional and mental health. Through the services I offer I clear up this confusion and guide you on a food journey that is about discovery and delight. I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters Degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University. I am a Certified Nutritionist, licensed by the WA State Department of Health. I have been helping a wide variety of people and audiences develop a joyful and sustainable relationship with food. I’ve taught and teach individuals, couples, families, children, community classes and held a professorship at a nursing school.
