Cooking Lessons

 

Cooking is not and should not be a laborious, dreaded process.  I have traveled around the world tasting cuisines and learning how to incorporate the ones I like into my cooking repertoire.  What do you want to learn? 

                                               

 

After we have decided what to cook, I will prepare a shopping list for you.  With this list in hand you can easily find everything you will need for our meal(s).  The shopping part is important for you to learn how to navigate possibly unfamiliar aisles and get used to purchasing bulk spices, grains, beans and fresh vegetables.  Then we meet in the kitchen and cook.  It is an enjoyable, creative adventure for both of us! Cost for this 2 hour lesson: $150
